1. Introduction
At ReservaBabi, we strive to offer a transparent and fair booking experience for our customers and providers. Each establishment applies one of the three cancellation policies described below. The applicable policy is indicated when confirming your booking.
2. Cancellation policy levels
Penalties are calculated as a percentage of the total booking amount.

3. No-show
If you do not show up without prior cancellation:
- Flexible: 30% of the amount
- Moderate: 50% of the amount
- Strict: 100% of the amount (non-refundable)
4. Booking modifications
You can modify your booking (date, time, services) for free within the following deadlines:
- Flexible: up to 1 hour before
- Moderate: up to 12 hours before
- Strict: up to 48 hours before
After this deadline, any modification is treated as a cancellation followed by a new booking.
5. Provider cancellation
If a provider cancels your booking, you receive a full refund regardless of the deadline or policy level.
6. Refund timelines
